CHALONER LODGE No.2644 Ladies Festival 17 th March 2012 at Melksham HouseW.Bro.Michael and Mrs.Sue Walker have much pleasure in announcing details of our forthcoming Ladies Festival to be held in the Melksham House on Saturday 17 th March 2012.We hope to be able to continue the success of previous Ladies Festivals held by Masters of Chaloner in past years, but this of course, will only be possible with your enthusiastic support. With this in mind brethren, would you please give this your serious consideration in attending, to make this a most enjoyable occasion, particularly for our ladies and guests. We have engaged the services of an excellent live band "Sound Company" playing music to suit all tastes for dancing at a realistic volume. The caterers will be Melksham House catering, providing a splendid four course dinner consisting of Starter :- Pate with toast, Main Course:- Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon and brie stuffing, Roast and Boiled Potatoes, with fresh seasonal Vegetables, Dessert :- Exotic fruit salad with Custard/Cream, Coffee with After Dinner Mints. Please advise if Vegetarian etc, or any other dietary meals may be required. A Raffle will be held through the evening (all donations gratefully received) Dress :- Dinner Jackets, Ladies as appropriate Timings:- 19:30 for 20:00hrs. Carriages from:- 12:00hrs. Would you please respond ASAP with your requirements in order that we can arrange seating, menus etc but no later than Wednesday 14th March 2012.
